Payment Terms

These Payment Terms govern all financial transactions between you and Dyzyrai in connection with your use of the platform and services available at dyzyrai.pro. By completing a purchase or subscribing to any paid plan, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.
1. Scope of Application
These Payment Terms apply to all users who access paid features, purchase subscriptions, register for webinars, or acquire any other chargeable service offered by Dyzyrai. These terms form part of the general Terms of Service and should be read alongside them.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
Dyzyrai accepts payment through the following methods:
- Major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro
- Online payment processors and digital wallets supported at checkout
- Bank transfers, where explicitly made available for a given product or plan
Available payment methods may vary depending on your location and the specific service being purchased. All supported options are displayed at the point of checkout.
3. Pricing and Currency
3.1 Displayed Prices
All prices are displayed on the relevant product or subscription page prior to purchase. Dyzyrai reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect active subscriptions until the current billing cycle ends, unless otherwise stated.
3.2 Currency
Transactions are processed in the currency displayed at checkout. If your payment method operates in a different currency, your bank or payment provider may apply a conversion rate and additional fees. Dyzyrai is not responsible for such charges.
3.3 Taxes and Duties
Prices shown may or may not include applicable taxes depending on your location. Any taxes, duties, or levies imposed by relevant authorities are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Where required, applicable tax amounts will be shown separately during checkout.
4. Billing and Subscription Plans
4.1 Subscription Cycles
Subscription-based services are billed on a recurring basis, either monthly or annually, as selected at the time of purchase. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
4.2 Automatic Renewal
By subscribing, you authorise Dyzyrai to charge your designated payment method automatically at the start of each new billing cycle. You will receive a notification prior to renewal where required by applicable regulations.
4.3 Billing Date
Your billing date is set on the day your subscription is first activated. If a billing date falls on a day that does not exist in a given month, the charge will be applied on the last day of that month.
4.4 Failed Payments
If a payment attempt fails, Dyzyrai may retry the charge on subsequent days. If payment cannot be collected after reasonable attempts, access to paid features may be suspended until the outstanding balance is resolved. You are responsible for ensuring your payment details remain current and valid.
5. One-Time Purchases
Certain services, including individual webinar registrations and standalone course access, are offered as one-time purchases. Payment for these is due in full at the time of purchase. Access is granted upon successful payment confirmation.
6. Free Trials and Promotional Offers
Dyzyrai may offer free trial periods or promotional pricing from time to time. The specific conditions, duration, and limitations of any such offer will be communicated at the point of sign-up. Unless cancelled before the trial period ends, a subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan at the standard rate.
Promotional pricing applies only for the duration stated and does not carry over to subsequent billing cycles unless explicitly confirmed in writing.
7. Cancellation
7.1 How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting Dyzyrai support at [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to paid features until that date.
7.2 Effect of Cancellation
Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for any portion of the current billing period already paid, except where a refund is expressly provided for under Section 8 of these terms.
8. Refund Policy
8.1 General Refund Conditions
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original transaction date. To request a refund, contact [email protected] with your order details and the reason for your request.
8.2 Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refund:
- Subscriptions where the billing period has already passed the 14-day window
- One-time webinar registrations where the event has already taken place
- Services that have been fully consumed or downloaded
- Promotional or discounted purchases where the offer terms explicitly exclude refunds
8.3 Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days. The time for funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and may vary.
9. Disputes and Chargebacks
If you believe a charge has been made in error, you are encouraged to contact Dyzyrai directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Dyzyrai will make reasonable efforts to resolve billing disputes in a timely manner.
Initiating a chargeback without prior contact may result in the suspension of your account while the dispute is under review. Dyzyrai reserves the right to contest chargebacks where the original transaction was valid and in accordance with these terms.
10. Payment Security
All payment transactions are processed through third-party payment processors that comply with applicable security standards. Dyzyrai does not store full card details on its servers. While reasonable measures are in place to protect transaction data, Dyzyrai cannot guarantee the absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.
11. Invoicing
A transaction receipt or invoice is issued automatically upon successful payment and delivered to the email address associated with your account. If you require a formal invoice for accounting purposes, please contact [email protected] with your billing details.
12. Changes to Payment Terms
Dyzyrai reserves the right to update these Payment Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of paid services after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
