5. Permitted Use
5.1 Authorized Use

Subject to your compliance with these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform and its content for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.
6.3 User-Submitted Content
If you submit, post, or share any content through the platform — including questions, comments, feedback, or materials — you grant Dyzyrai a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with operating and improving our services. You represent that you have all necessary rights to grant this license.
7. Payments and Subscriptions
7.1 Fees
Access to certain features or content may require payment. All applicable fees will be clearly communicated before purchase. By completing a transaction, you authorize us to charge the stated amount using your selected payment method.
7.2 Billing
For subscription-based services, billing occurs on a recurring basis as described at the time of purchase. You are responsible for ensuring your payment information remains current and accurate.
7.3 Refunds
Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our refund policy, which may be updated from time to time. Where required by applicable law, statutory refund rights are not affected by these terms.

In no event shall our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or related to these terms exceed the greater of: (a) the total amount paid by you to Dyzyrai in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred euros (€100).
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dyzyrai and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of or in any way connected with:
- Your use of or access to the platform;
- Your violation of these Terms of Use;
- Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights;
- Any content you submit or transmit through the platform.
13. Modifications to the Platform
We reserve the right to alter, update, or discontinue any feature, functionality, or aspect of the platform at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users of significant changes, but we are not obligated to maintain any particular feature or service level.
14. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by law. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Dyzyrai regarding your use of the platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements relating to the same subject matter.
