About Dyzyrai

Built for
business
thinkers.

A platform where live conversation replaces passive viewing.

Dyzyrai started in 2015 with a straightforward observation: most online learning felt like watching a recording of someone else's meeting. We set out to build something different — a professional webinar environment where the exchange between expert and participant drives the actual learning. Today, practitioners across 4 continents use the platform to work through real business problems in real time, with facilitators who have done the work themselves.

What drives us

The gap between knowing and applying

Business education has a well-documented problem: participants absorb frameworks during a session and then struggle to apply them when facing an actual decision the following week. Dyzyrai's programs are structured around that gap. Each webinar is designed so that roughly 40% of session time is spent on participant-led discussion — not Q&A at the end, but woven into the fabric of every topic covered.

The facilitators we work with are practitioners first. They bring specific case material from industries they have worked in directly, which means the examples are not illustrative — they are operational. Participants frequently describe sessions as the closest thing to a working consultation they have found in a group format.

Participant-led discussion per session 40%

Sessions delivered in English 78%

Agnieszka Wierzbicka

Head of Program Design

Agnieszka spent 11 years in organizational consulting before joining Dyzyrai. She oversees how each program is structured — specifically how discussion prompts are sequenced so that the conversation stays grounded in participant context rather than drifting into the abstract.

Renata Okulewicz

Lead Business Facilitator

Renata facilitates sessions on business model design and strategic positioning. Her background includes 8 years running operations for a mid-size manufacturing firm in Central Europe, which shapes how she frames problems — always from the inside of a decision, not from the outside looking in.

Tomasz Krawczyk

Technology & Platform Lead

Tomasz manages the infrastructure that keeps live sessions stable across 38 countries. He has been with Dyzyrai since the early days and has rebuilt the broadcast architecture twice as participant numbers grew beyond the original design assumptions.

Elżbieta Broda

Participant Experience

Elżbieta works directly with participants before and after each session — onboarding, follow-up materials, and the feedback loops that inform how programs are updated. She tracks which topics generate the most post-session questions and uses that signal to adjust future session depth.

How the platform is run

Three operating principles shape every decision we make — from which facilitators we work with to how sessions are structured and what participants receive after each session ends.

Specificity over breadth

A 90-minute session on pricing strategy for SaaS businesses is more useful than a 3-hour overview of pricing theory. We narrow the scope deliberately so that participants leave with something they can act on within their current context, not a framework they need to translate later.

Iteration over polish

Sessions are updated between runs. If 6 participants from the previous cohort raised the same follow-up question, that question becomes part of the next session's structure. This means programs improve with each delivery rather than staying fixed at the version that launched.

Participant time is finite

Most participants attend during working hours or in the early evening. They have 90 minutes, not 3 hours. Every session is designed with that constraint in mind — no padding, no lengthy introductions, direct entry into material within the first 8 minutes.

What participants consistently ask for

  • Case material from their specific industry, not generic business examples
  • Time to discuss their own situation, not just listen to a facilitator's narrative
  • Post-session resources that are concise — one page, not a 40-slide deck
  • Facilitators who can answer follow-up questions with specifics, not generalities
  • Sessions that start on time and respect the scheduled end time

These five points come from exit surveys across 214 sessions. They have remained stable since the first year of operation and continue to shape how each new program is designed before it goes live.
